HOW TO CHOOSE the BEST CORN

There are a few easy ways to tell if ears of corn are fresh.  The outer husk should be green and tight against the corn, the tassels should feel fresh, and the ear of corn should not have any soft spots.

A Few Simple Ingredients

For the Corn: - Corn - Oil - Salt For the Butter Sauce: - Butter - Garlic - Lime Zest and Juice - Seasonings - Cilantro - Lime Wedges

Prep the Corn

Preheat the air fryer.  While it's heating up, rub each husked and de-silked ear of corn with oil and sprinkle with salt.

Air Fry the Corn

Air fry the corn in batches of 2-4 ears, making sure not to crowd the corn.  Cook for about 14 minutes, flipping once.

Make the Sauce

While the corn is cooking, melt the butter, then whisk in the remaining sauce ingredients.

Remove the corn from the air fryer.  Brush with butter sauce, and garnish with cilantro and lime.
