Air Fryer Avocado Fries are an irresistible keto-friendly appetizer.  They are crunchy, creamy, healthy, and perfect for dipping in your favorite sauce!

HOW TO CHOOSE the right AVOCADO

It's important to use medium-ripe, firm avocados in this recipe. Give your avocado a gentle squeeze, and it should feel soft (like a banana), but not mushy.

A Few Simple Ingredients

Avocados Cornstarch Chili Powder Salt & Pepper Eggs Panko Cilantro, Parsley, Lime Wedges  - for garnish Dipping Sauce

Prep the Breading

Set up seasoned cornstarch, a beaten egg, and panko crumbs in three shallow bowls for breading the avocado.

Slice & Bread Avocado

Cut the avocados into 1/2-inch slices.  Dredge each slice in cornstarch, dip in egg, and gently press into panko crumbs.

Air Fry

Arrange a single layer of fries in the air fryer basket, then coat with cooking spray.  Air fry for about 4 minutes per side.

Make Dipping Sauce

Continue to fry batches of avocados.  While they're cooking, mix up some ranch and buffalo sauce for dipping.
