Arrange the steak and mushrooms in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook in batches to avoid crowding.
Air Fry at 400 degrees for 4 minutes, give the basket a shake, and cook for 4-5 minutes more.
Transfer the cooked steak and mushrooms to a serving plate, and garnish with red pepper flakes and parsley. Serve warm.
