  • 1 package (12 count) Hawaiian Rolls
  • 1/3 cup whole grain mustard
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tub (9 ounces) deli sliced turkey
  • 9 slices Swiss cheese
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray; set aside.
  • Cut the Hawaiian Rolls, lengthwise; you should have two big pieces.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine mustard, mayonnaise, and honey; whisk until incorporated. Set aside 2 tablespoons of the honey mustard mixture.
  • Brush remaining mixture on each side of the rolls.
  • Place the bottom roll in previously prepared baking sheet, then top with half of the turkey slices, Swiss cheese and the rest of the turkey.
  • Place the other half of the rolls on top.
  • Mix together the melted butter and reserved honey-mustard mixture.
  • Brush it on top of the rolls and on the sides.
  • Bake in the oven for 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
  • Remove from oven and serve warm.

  • Prepare the sandwiches, but don’t bake. Cover with plastic wrap and keep refrigerated for up to 24 hours. Remove from fridge and bake as directed.
