For the Garnish
¼cupfresh apple cider
2teaspoonsground cinnamon
1tablespoongranulated sugar
apple slices
For the Mimosas
4cupsfresh apple cider,chilled (NOT apple cider vinegar)
1bottle (750 ml)Prosecco, Cava, or your favorite Champagne,chilled
Instructions
Pour 1/4 cup apple cider in a plate or bowl.
Combine cinnamon and sugar in a separate plate.
Dip the rim of the champagne glasses in the apple cider, then dip it in the cinnamon-sugar to coat; set aside for a minute to dry.
Then, fill the champagne flutes about halfway with apple cider and top with champagne.
