Crisp, delicious, and bright White Wine Sangria loaded with fresh summer fruits! This sangria is THE drink to sip on this entire summer.

  • 2 cups sliced strawberries
  • 2 large peaches, thinly sliced
  • 1 large apple, thinly sliced
  • 1 Bottle (750-ml) chilled white wine (I like to use Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc
  • 1/2 cup brandy
  • 2 tablespoons Cointreau or Triple Sec
  • 1 cup sparkling water or club soda
  • lime slices, for garnish
  • mint, for garnish


  • Transfer sliced fruit to a large pitcher.
  • Stir in the wine, brandy, Cointreau, and sparkling water.
  • Refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Pour into glasses; garnish with lime slices and mint. Serve.
  • If making it one day ahead, stir in the seltzer water/club soda right before you are ready to serve.
