Ingredients
2poundsstrawberries,rinsed and dried
3cupschampagne,use your favorite
1/2cupvodka
1/2cupsugar
Instructions
Place the strawberries in a large bowl.
Pour in the champagne and mix in the vodka; set aside for 1 hour.
Drain the strawberries and pat dry with paper towels.
Roll strawberries in sugar.
Transfer strawberries to a serving plate and serve.
