Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds flank steak (you can also use chicken breasts)
  • salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
  • 2 bell peppers (choose a combination of red, orange & yellow) cut into strips
  • 1 large yellow onion sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic finely chopped
  • 1 pouch (9-ounces) McCormick Sesame Chicken Stir Fry Sauce

Instructions

  1. Season steak with salt and pepper; set aside.
  2. Cut up the vegetables and place in the slow cooker.
  3. Place steak over veggies.
  4. Pour sauce over meat and vegetables.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 4 1/4 hours, or until meat is done.
  6. Remove beef from slow cooker and cut into thin strips; place back in the slow cooker.
  7. Serve over brown rice or quinoa.
