Simple, festive and delicious Cookie Balls made with Oreos, cream cheese, raspberry chocolate and peppermint.

Ingredients
3candy canes, chopped
1package(8-ounces) cream cheese, softened
36OREO Cookies, finely crushed
2packages(10-ounces each) Dark Cocoa Raspberry Candy Melts, melted
Instructions
Line two cookie sheets with wax paper and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl combine cream cheese and cookie crumbs; mix with spoon until well blended.
Shape cookie-dough into 1-inch balls and place on prepared cookie sheets.
Freeze for 10 to 15 minutes, or until firm.
Dip the cookie balls in melted chocolate.
Place each cookie ball in a single layer in previously prepared cookie sheets.
Sprinkle with crushed candy.
Refrigerate for 1 hour, or until firm.
Notes
To easily coat cookie balls with the melted chocolate, add balls, in batches, to bowl of melted chocolate. Use 2 forks to roll balls in chocolate until evenly coated. Remove balls with forks, letting excess chocolate drip back into bowl. Place balls in prepared pan; let stand until chocolate coating is firm.
