Ingredients

  • 2 cans (5-ounces each) albacore tuna in water, drained and chopped
  • 1/4 cup basil pesto
  • 1/3 cup Cara Mia Sun Dried Tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon STAR Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • salt and fresh ground pepper , to taste
  • whole wheat pita pockets , optional

Instructions 

  • Combine the tuna, basil, and sun-dried tomatoes in a salad bowl; mix until thoroughly incorporated.
  • Stir in yogurt until well combined.
  • Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  • *Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.

Notes

*Serve it as an appetizer, or you can stuff it inside pita pockets for a delicious lunch, or a quick dinner.
