Ingredients
1cupstrong brewed coffee
1banana
¼cuprolled oats
1tablespooncocoa powder
1tablespoonflaxseeds meal
⅛teaspoonground cinnamon
1cupmilk,soy milk or almond milk
1teaspoonhoney
Instructions
Pour brewed coffee into an ice cube tray and freeze for several hours or overnight.
Combine all the ingredients in a blender, including the coffee ice cubes, and blend until smooth.
Taste for sweetness and adjust accordingly.
