Ingredients

FOR THE SALAD

  • 8 cups salad greens
  • 1 cup julienne strips Natural Choice Oven Roasted Deli Turkey
  • 1 cup julienne strips Natural Choice Smoked Deli Ham
  • 4 bacon strips cooked to a desired crispness and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup julienne strips swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup julienne strips cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes , halved
  • 1 English Cucumber , sliced
  • 4 hard boiled eggs , quartered
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions , for garnish
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese shavings , for garnish
  • 1 cup HOMEMADE ITALIAN SALAD DRESSING

Instructions 

  • Prepare salad greens by cutting into bite sized pieces.
  • Top the greens with lunchmeats, bacon, cheeses, tomatoes, cucumbers, and eggs.
  • Prepare the HOMEMADE ITALIAN SALAD DRESSING, add to the salad and toss to combine.
  • Garnish with green onions and parmesan cheese.
  • Serve.
