2cupsmilk,any milk
½cupwhite chocolate chips
1 to 2tablespoonspumpkin puree
1tablespooncorn starch
1tablespoonpure vanilla extract
1shot of Rum
Marshmallows
Instructions
Place all ingredients, except for the Rum, in a medium-sized saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring frequently, for 5 minutes or until the chocolate is melted and the liquid has thickened.
Pour into two coffee glasses, stir in the Rum, and top with marshmallows.
