This lovely, fruity recipe for Christmas Mimosas blends diced green apples, fresh cranberries and pomegranate seeds with Prosecco and Chambord. It's a truly festive seasonal refreshment!

Ingredients

  • 2 green apples, diced
  • 2 cups fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1 750 ml bottle Prosecco, chilled
  • Splash of Chambord or any other red colored liquor, for serving, optional
  • Rosemary sprigs, for serving, optional

Instructions 

  • In a punch bowl or pitcher, combine apples, cranberries, and pomegranate seeds.
  • Pour in the chilled Prosecco; stir well.
  • Pour the mimosas in champagne glasses and add a splash of Chambord.
  • Garnish with rosemary sprigs and serve.
