For the Fruit

  • 1 cantaloupe, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 1 pineapple, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup blackberries

For the Dressing

  • cup honey
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil


  1. Cut up the fruit and drain any excess liquid.

  2. Place fruit in a large salad bowl; set aside.

  3. In a small mixing bowl combine honey and lemon juice; whisk to combine. Stir in the basil.

  4. Pour dressing over the salad and gently toss to coat.

  5. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

  6. Serve.
