Almond-Coconut Frappe

This Almond-Coconut Frappe is a lighter version of everyone's favorite frozen coffee drink! Creamy and rich, without the guilt.

Ingredients
  

  • 1-1/2 cups hot water
  • 3 tablespoons instant espresso powder
  • 1/2 cup Silk Original Almond Coconut Blend
  • Sugar/Sweetener (this is a very strong coffee drink and I suggest using at least 1 tablespoon sugar)
  • 1 cup crushed ice (if you prefer a thicker Frappe, add more ice)

Instructions
 

  • Stir espresso powder into hot water. Let completely cool.
  • In a blender, combine cooled coffee, Silk Original Almond Coconut Blend, sugar/sweetener, and ice; puree until completely combined and smooth.
  • Pour into glasses and serve.
