Very Berry Margarita Spritzer

A refreshing and delicious twist on the classic Margarita made with fresh berries, daiquiri mix and seltzer water.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh berries (I used blueberries, blackberries and raspberries)
  • 1 (10-oz.) can frozen strawberry daiquiri mix, thawed
  • 1 cup tequila
  • 1/4 cup Triple Sec (or any other orange liqueur that you have on hand)
  • 1 whole lime , juiced
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1- liter bottle seltzer water/club soda

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, combine berries, thawed daiquiri mix, tequila, triple sec, lime juice and ice; process until well blended and smooth.
  • Transfer to a pitcher.
  • While stirring, slowly add the seltzer water to the berry mixture.
  • Garnish with berries and serve it chilled.
