Ingredients

FOR THE SALAD

  • 1 head cauliflower , broken into florets
  • 1/2 cup sliced radishes
  • 3 green onions , white AND green parts, sliced into rounds
  • 6 slices of bacon cooked to a desired crisp and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; mix well to combine.
  2. Cover with plastic wrap and chill at least 4 hours or overnight.
