In a large pitcher combine water and frozen juice concentrate.
Add sugar and stir until dissolved.
Cover and chill for about 4 hours.
Pour the chilled juice mixture into a large punch bowl.
Stir in the Snapple Raspberry Iced Tea.
Slowly add in the carbonated beverage.
Add ice.
Add fresh fruit.
Taste for sweetness and adjust accordingly.
If using, stir in rum.
Serve.
