For the Salad
8slicesbacon,cooked to a desired crispness and crumbled
6ounceschopped baby romaine lettuce
2cupsfresh baby spinach
3 to 4mediumred apples,chopped
1cupchopped walnuts
1cupcrumbled French feta cheese
For the Maple Balsamic Vinaigrette
¼cupextra virgin olive oil
2teaspoonsgolden balsamic vinegar
1teaspoonDijon mustard
1teaspoonpure maple syrup
salt and fresh ground black pepper, to taste
