Ingredients
1poundgreen beans, with the ends trimmed
6slicesbacon, halved
Salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste
1tablespoonlight brown sugar
2tablespoonsbalsamic vinegar
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Lightly spray a baking sheet with nonstick baking spray and set aside.
Place about 6 green beans on top of each halved bacon strip.
Wrap the bacon around the green beans and secure with a toothpick.
Season each bundle with salt and pepper, then sprinkle with brown sugar.
Drizzle each bundle with balsamic vinegar.
Transfer the green bean bundles to the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the green beans are tender and the bacon is crisp.
