Ingredients

  • pomegranate juice
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1-1/2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1/3 cup low fat plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons agave
  • 1/2 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
  • blueberries , pomegranate arils and mint, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pour pomegranate juice in an ice cube tray and freeze. We will need 10 ice cubes for this recipe.
  2. Combine raspberries, blueberries, pomegranate ice cubes, yogurt, milk, agave and vanilla in a blender; process until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste for sweetness and adjust accordingly.
  4. Pour into glasses and garnish with blueberries, pomegranate arils and mint.
  5. Serve.
