Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz) packages of Cream Cheese, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup Nutella
  • 36 Nilla Wafers
  • Red Food Color , optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. In a large mixing bowl combine eggs and sugar and beat until fluffy.
  3. Mix in Nutella and beat until combined.
  4. Add Cream Cheese and mix until thoroughly incorporated.
  5. Add food color; about 8 drops, and mix. (optional)
  6. Prepare the cupcake pan with mini paper baking cups.
  7. Add one Nilla wafer into each cup.
  8. Evenly divide cheese mixture into each liner; about 3/4 full.
  9. Bake 30 minutes.
  10. Let completely cool.
  11. Serve.
