Blueberry Pomegranate Hibiscus Pops #PerfectTemp

These Blueberry Pomegranate Hibiscus Pops are made with a perfect mixture of hibiscus tea, pomegranate juice, and a handful of fresh blueberries. They are cool, fruity, fresh and delicious.

  • 4 Hibiscus-Flavored Tea Bags
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 16 fl.oz. Pomegranate Juice
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries


  1. Place tea bags in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Pour boiling water over tea bags; set aside and let steep for 15 minutes.
  3. Remove tea bags.
  4. Mix in sugar and allow mixture to completely cool.
  5. Place tea in fridge for 45 minutes.
  6. Remove from fridge and stir in pomegranate juice.
  7. Add blueberries into the tea mixture and pour mixture into popsicle molds.
  8. Freeze the molds for 30 minutes then insert popsicle mix.
  9. Return to freezer for 6 hours or overnight.
  10. Serve.
