Break up the graham crackers and place 1 scoop of ice cream on top of each cracker.
Top the ice cream with an ice cream cone.
Cut up the licorice in about 2-inch lengths and place it on the sides of the ice cream head.
Place candies for eyes.
Add the candy corn as nose.
Serve immediately or store in an airtight container and freeze. I froze a few of them for about 8 hours and they turned out great.
