  • 1 tub (7-ounces) Marshmallow Creme
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 5 cups Crisp Rice Cereal
  • 1 bag (12-ounces) white chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • jelly beans , miniature marshmallows, pastel candy corn, chocolates, etc, for topping

  1. Coat a 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray and line with seran wrap; set aside.
  2. Combine marshmallow creme and butter in a large saucepan and cook on low until thoroughly mixed.
  3. Stir in the cereal and mix until thoroughly combined.
  4. Using a greased spatula, press mixture into prepared pan.
  5. Set aside.
  6. Set up a double boiler; pour a small amount of water in a saucepan and bring to a simmer.
  7. Put the chocolate chips, butter, and milk in a glass or metal bowl and set above the saucepan with simmering water; it is important that the bottom of the upper pot does not touch the water in the lower pot.
  8. Use a spoon to stir the chocolate until it's melted.
  9. Spread the melted white chocolate on top of the cooled cereal.
  10. Decorate with candies, chocolates, marshmallows, etc...
