Sprinkle with basil.
Top with remaining mozzarella slices.
Close the cakewich by placing the remaining slices of cake on top.
Place onto the hot panini press.
Close the press and allow it to grill for about 1 minute, or until lightly browned and cheese is melted.
Top with more chocolate (optional) and serve immediately.
