Today I’m thrilled to bring you one more meal plan with lots of delicious and easy options. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, meal planning is a great way to make sure your family is eating wholesome, homemade nutritious food, and it’s also an excellent way to stay on budget. 💰
Next week’s menu includes Jerk Chicken with Pineapple Salsa from Erin, followed up by Farmers Marked Tomato Sauce and Poached Eggs (Shakshuka) from Rebecca, Baked Pasta Primavera by Becky, Kita’s Grilled Coffee Crusted Flank Steak, Tanya’s Portabello Veggie Sandwich, and Kristin’s Creamy Chicken and Wild Rice Soup. Our sides include my Red Cabbage & Carrot Slaw, Mary’s Whiskey Smash to wash it all down, and Courtney’s Waffle Cone Brownie Sundae, as well as Ashley’s Coconut Banana Bread to satisfy our sweet tooth.
