Hey Hey, pals!! Happy Weekend! Are you ready?! The most wonderful food day is here! The one where we get to plan what we will eat next week!! 😜
But really. When it comes to eating well, meal planning is one of the easiest things you can do to set yourself up for success. The beauty of it is that what YOU buy is what you eat! You’re also not allowed to make a yuey and head straight for a Chili’s take-out. I mean, we can still kick it if you do, but just don’t do it because this meal plan is WAY better than any take out. Promise.
This week we are going to enjoy my Creamy Ricotta Zucchini Noodles, Erin’s Lemon Garlic Pork Chops, Courtney’s Roasted Shrimp Tacos, Mary’s Pan Fried Italian Chicken, Kristen’s Stove Top Macaroni and Cheese, Tanya’s Black and Blue Cajun Burgers, Becky’s Sheet Pan Honey Mustard Salmon, and Kita’s Slow Cooker Baked Beans. For dessert, we’re going with Rebecca’s awesome and super easy 3 Ingredient Strawberry Ice Cream, and continue to enjoy this beautiful weather with Ashley’s Blue Pina Colada Punch.
