I’m ‘bout to change. yo. life. and. weeknights. and. mouth. To the naked eye, it might appear that these are just random recipes, but believe you me, everything you see here is dang awesome!
This week’s meal plan includes Ashley’s BLT Chopped Salad with Avocado, Pasta Primavera Salmon from Tanya, Rebecca’s Slow Cooker Barbecue Chicken Tacos, a One Pan BBQ Ranch Chicken Skillet by Becky, and a delicious helping of Drunken Mussels from Courtney. We’re also going to enjoy Kristen’s Classic Macaroni Salad, as well as my Avocado and Feta Cheese Hummus Dip! On the sweet side, we’ve got Kita’s Classic Buttermilk Pancakes, Mary’s Mini Coconut Pound Cakes, and Erin’s Boston Cream Pie Ice Box Cake.
