Hi, everyone! Happy weekend!! Hope your weekend plans are as big as mine; sitting on the couch with a box of REDUCED FAT Wheat Thins + Chardonnay. Maybe even a block of cheese.
SO. In all pure honesty, right at this very moment, I just want things like eggs benedict and loaded breakfast sandwiches, and omelettes, and every slice of bacon that I can find. 🍳 I’m just being honest.
Fortunately, though, I won’t have to give into those cravings because my meal plan from last week says that we are having a delicious BBQ Steak Pizza today! I’m not at all sad about skipping the bacon ’cause that pizza sounds dang delicious. 🍕AND my husband is making it. 👊
Moving forward with next week’s meal plan, on Monday we’re starting with Chicken Skillet Nachos from Courtney, my Parmesan Chicken Tenders for Tuesday night, Ashley’s Crock Pot Cheesy Chicken Sausage Hash Brown Casserole to follow, and Rebecca’s Falafel for Thursday. Friday night is leftovers night, but Saturday is all about Kita’s juicy Bison Burgers with Maple Brussels Sprouts Slaw, and Sunday we’re having Becky’s Bacon Cheeseburger Sloppy Joes with Mary’s Memphis Coleslaw and Erin’s Roasted Potato Salad on the side. Dessert includes Tanya’s Strawberries and Cream Profiteroles and Kristin’s No Bake Reese’s Chocolate Cheesecake. YUM & YUM!
