Taco Bowls

What You'll Need

You'll only need ground beef, rice, and a few other simple ingredients to make this easy recipe.

Cook the Rice


Boil water and add rice before reducing heat to a simmer. Cook for 20 minutes, covered.

Roast the Bell Peppers


Toss bell peppers with olive oil, cumin, smoked paprika, sea salt, and black pepper. Then bake for 20 minutes.

Prep the Beans


Combine the beans and taco seasoning in a saucepan and simmer for 10 minutes.

Sauté the Onion


Heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Then add the onions and sauté until translucent.

Brown the Beef


Add beef to the pan and season with sea salt and taco seasoning. Brown the beef until cooked through.

Assemble the Taco Bowl


Distribute rice, beans, bell peppers, and beef between 4 bowls. Then top with cilantro and avocado.
