You'll only need scallions, garlic, fresh cilantro. and a few other simple ingredients to make this easy recipe.
In a food processor, pulse the scallions, cilantro, and garlic until well-chopped.
Add the egg white, soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, sea salt, black pepper, ginger, and ¾ of shrimp. Pulse until a paste forms.
Finely chop the rest of the shrimp and fold it into the paste.
Spread the shrimp mixture evenly over each piece of bread. Press sesame seeds into the shrimp mixture.
Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Then add the shrimp toast to the pan, shrimp side down.
Fry for 2 minutes, flip, and fry for an additional 1 minute.
Cut each slice into quarters and serve.
