This quick sheet pan meal is made with juicy steak, fresh broccoli, and a finger-lickin’ sesame soy sauce. Goodbye, takeout, and hello, steak!

Yes! You can have dinner on the table in 20 minutes! Just coat the veggies and meat in sauce, then bake for 10-15 minutes and serve with rice.

Simple Ingredients

Most are pantry staples :)

Broccoli Florets - use fresh, not frozen

Steak - boneless sirloin

Soy Sauce

Sesame Seed Oil

Brown Sugar

Olive Oil

Vinegar

Sugar

Salt

Cooked Rice

Garnishes - toasted sesame seeds, sliced green onions, etc.

Prep

Preheat the oven and spray a sheet pan with cooking spray. Whisk together the sauce ingredients and chop the meat and veggies.

Coat Meat and Veggies

Coat the broccoli in sauce, and transfer to the sheet pan.  Then coat the steak in sauce and add to the sheet pan.

Bake

Bake the steak and broccoli for 10-14 minutes, until steak is cooked through and broccoli is fork tender.

Serve!

Scoop steak and broccoli onto a plate, and serve with a side of rice.  Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
