Easy & Zesty!
Cook the pasta according to the package directions. During the last 5 minutes of cooking, add the zucchini noodles.
Rub the chicken with olive oil and toss with seasonings. Cook for about 5 minutes per side, then remove from the skillet.
In the same skillet, cook the garlic in melted butter. Whisk in the broth and cream, followed by the parmesan.
Add the drained pasta and zucchini to the sauce and simmer for a couple minutes. Meanwhile, slice the chicken.
Transfer the pasta and chicken to a serving plate and garnish with fresh parsley.
