Basted in butter and seared until deeply caramelized, this will be the juiciest homemade steak bites you’ve had! The secret is using a thick-cut steak so the meat remains tender.
You'll only need rib eye steak and a few other simple ingredients to make this easy recipe.
Generously season the meat with salt and pepper to taste on all sides. Then set it aside.
Heat olive oil in a large pan and cook the meat until browned on all sides. Then remove from pan and set aside.
Add butter to the same pan and melt completely. Gently scrape the bottom of the pan with a wooden spoon.
Add the garlic and dried rosemary. Stir together and cook for 30 seconds or until fragrant.
Return steak bites to the pan and baste them in the garlic butter until desired temperature is reached.
Season with more salt and pepper to taste. Then garnish the dish with fresh parsley and dig in!
