Pound the chicken to an even thickness, then slice horizontally about 3/4 of the way through. It should open like a book.
Combine the pesto, garlic and feta in a small bowl. Spoon the filling into the chicken breasts, then close with a toothpick.
Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil, then season with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder and cayenne.
Transfer the chicken breasts to an air fryer basket. Cook for about 20 minutes, until chicken is cooked and filling is hot and melty.
Remove the chicken from the air fryer and let rest for about 5 minutes before serving. Just add a couple sides for a hearty dinner.
