Crispy skin and juicy meat!
Make the marinade by combining all the ingredients in a bowl. Reserve some for making sauce later.
Add the chicken thighs & marinate for 30 minutes to 8 hours. Overnight works too!
Cook four thighs for 8 minutes on one side, then 6 minutes on the other side until golden.
Simmer reserved marinade over medium-low heat until it thickens slightly.
Brush the sauce over the cooked chicken thighs.
Sprinkle chicken with sesame seeds and scallions, then serve!
