Crispy skin and juicy meat!
Place chicken wings in a bowl, add all the spices and lemon zest, tossing to coat.
Set to 400F, spray chicken wings with oil and cook for 8 minutes.
Flip with tongs, spray with more oil and cook another 8 minutes or until golden.
Place sauce ingredients in a pot and bring to a simmer, whisking constantly.
Sprinkle chopped parsley on the wings & serve with your dipping sauce.
