I have a bunch of pomegranates sitting on my table and I am ready to tackle them! I love this fruit! For breakfast this morning I made Pomegranate Yogurt Smoothies for everyone; some added more sugar, others poured in some granola, but for those that worry about the calories (ahem, ME!), this was a special treat!

 Pomegranate Yogurt Smoothie
 
You will need:

1 cup Plain Homemade Yogurt

1 Pomegranate

1 packet of Splenda Sweetener or 2 teaspoons of Honey

Directions:

Cut the Pomegranate in half, crosswise, and squeeze out the juice and seeds – as you would squeeze a lemon.

Combine all ingredients and throw them in a blender; mix well.

Pour in a glass and enjoy this refreshing low-calorie drink!
