That, ladies and gentleman, was year 2013 zooming right past us!
Buh-bye sweet year, you were great!
Friends, over this past year I have shared a bagazillion recipes with you, and as the year comes to an end, I would just like to THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for your continued support and loyalty – I can’t express just how thankful I am!! I truly appreciate you all! {{{{Virtual Hugs}}}}
Today I would like to share with you Diethood’s 13 most popular recipes of 2013, according to Mr. Google. And, I’m also sharing a recipe for one of my most favorite New Year’s Eve Cocktails, Pomegranate Cosmos – tart, sweet and boozy!
1. Pumpkin Pie Cinnamon Rolls in under one hour! I make these with refrigerated dough, a delicious pumpkin filling, and an incredible pumpkin pie spice cream cheese frosting!
2. Loaded Baked Potato Rounds – Thinly sliced potato rounds topped with bacon and cheese.
3. Cheesy, beefy, warm and cozy, absolutely delicious Lasagna Dip.
4. Quinoa and Spinach Stuffed Tomatoes – Baked tomatoes stuffed with quinoa, spinach, and topped with a variety of cheeses.
5. Loaded Baked Potato Casserole – Everyone’s favorite Loaded Baked Potatoes as a creamy and cheesy casserole made with potatoes, cheese and bacon!
6. Veggie Meatballs – Delicious vegetarian “meatballs” made with potatoes, carrots, onions and spices, served with a side of yogurt sauce.
7. Cheesy Chicken Orzo – Quick, easy, and delicious dish made with chicken, cheddar cheese and orzo.
8. Spinach, Feta and Potato Gratin – Rich and delicious Spinach and Feta Filling nestled between layers of sliced potatoes.
9. Slow Cooker Leek and Potato Soup – Warm, delicious and cozy Leek and Potato Soup made in the Slow Cooker.
10. Southwestern Quinoa Salad with Creamy Avocado Dressing – Southwestern Quinoa Salad highlights the best flavors of summer – a mix of black beans, corn, and tomatoes atop a bed of quinoa, tossed in a Homemade Creamy Avocado Dressing.
11. Avocado Feta Salsa – Avocados, tomatoes, and feta cheese combined to make a chunky, savory, delicious summer salsa.
