Merry Christmas

While I recognize that many of you celebrate this time of year in different ways, AND on different days (I celebrate Christ’s Birth on January 7th), still, on this blessed day I wanted to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays! May your life be filled with joy, lots of LOVE, more laughter, awesome health, wonderful family and friends, and an abundance of success!

I hope you know how much I value this awesome internet friendship that we have, and may we enjoy many, many more years together!! ❤

Merry Christmas

P.S. This Christmas “Tree” that I made for you? I ate it all. ALL of it. By myself. Last night for dinner. With a side of my Feta Cheese and Avocado Hummus Dip. Life is SO good! 😀

To make this veggie Christmas Tree yourself, grab some pretzel sticks, broccoli, red cherry tomatoes, yellow cherry tomatoes, and rosemary sprigs. On a serving platter, start to arrange the broccoli and tomatoes to resemble a Christmas Tree, as shown above, put the pretzel sticks at the bottom of the tree, place two rosemary sprigs at the top, and tah dahmmmm! Don’t forget the hummus! 😀
