EASY & HEALTHY HOMEMADE BLUEBERRY POMEGRANATE POPSICLES
Okay. Let me just get this out there… I ♥ Kelly Ripa. Love her! Back in the day people used to walk up to me and tell me I looked like her – you can only imagine my excitement! I’d have my head up in the sky all day long. No joke. I was so proud! Can you believe that the recipe for these Blueberry Pomegranate Hibiscus Pops is hers?! Is there something that this wonder woman can’t do?!
I also LOVE her commercials with the Electrolux kitchen appliances! Especially the Electrolux French Door Refrigerator – it has a special place in my heart. I know, I am talking about a fridge, but the Electrolux French Door Refrigerator features the innovative Perfect Temp Drawer with Luxury-Close!
Let me explain: The Perfect Temp Drawer provides ultimate control with a customizable, versatile temperature zone designed to store a variety of foods and beverages at the ideal temperature. This is a great option for those times when you are having a party and want to prepare your appetizers a few hours before, and keep those at their best until it’s time to serve. It’s also great for storing wine! You can adjust the temperature accordingly. Eeeeek!
In addition to all that, the refrigerator’s adjustable, humidity controlled Crisper Drawers keep fruits and vegetables fresher longer with self-closing drawers that provide a tighter seal to lock in freshness. Now do you see the kind of love that I’m talking about? Of course you do.
Wouldn’t you just looooove to have one of these beauties in your kitchen?! You know I would!
What’s great is that from now through August 22, 2013, you can visit www.livelovelux.com and enter the Electrolux Perfect Temp Sweepstakes daily for a chance to win your own Electrolux French Door Bottom Mount Refrigerator and a trip to a climate with a perfect temp – the sunny Abaco Islands in The Islands Of The Bahamas! If you win, wanna take me with you to the Bahamas?! I need a vacay!
Speaking of vacay… a couple of Kelly Ripa’s Blueberry Pomegranate Hibiscus Pops made me feel like I was in the Bahamas already. It is a perfect mixture of hibiscus tea with pomegranate juice, and a handful of fresh blueberries. They are cool, fruity, fresh, and of course, delicious. And pretty! I made a few ice cubes with the rest of the tea mixture and enjoyed them in a glass of water. Complete awesomeness.
