Hello! Good day and a Happy Weekend! Now that the turkey is behind us, we still need delicious meals to get us through our normal day-to-day lives, and lucky for you, I have it all, right here, right now. Also, don’t dump out those leftovers just yet! We have a few knockout dishes below that might just help you recycle all that is sitting in your tupperware. For instance, there’s Courtney’s Leftover Ham and Potato Cheesy Casserole, Ashley’s Leftover Turkey and Cranberry Monte Cristo Sandwich, and my Spinach and Garlic Potato Patties.
