HI YA, FRIENDS! Happy weekend! I am excited to share this week’s weekly meal plan with you because everything is always just so darn good! There’s a wide array of dinner recipes, snacks, a breakfast, lunch, side dish and dessert recipe, too! All for you to make this week.
We have Tanya’s perfect weeknight dinner with Penne and Veggies with Chicken Sausage, Mary’s cheesy Cheddar Stuffed Pork Tenderloin, Ashley’s mouthwatering Grilled Stuffed Eggplant Boats, and Kita’s lovely Slow Cooker Copy Cat Olive Garden Chicken Gnocchi Soup. For the weekend, we have Kristen’s finger-licking Shredded Chicken Parmesan Sandwich, Erin’s quick and delicious One Pot Pasta with Sausage & Tomatoes, and Rebecca’s amazing Baked Ricotta Cheese! For breakfast, you can enjoy my soft, moist and delish Healthy Blender Muffins, for dessert, it’s Becky’s awesome Chocolate Chip Cookie Bar, and our snack is Courtney’s impressive Honey Nut Bacon Popcorn!
