Hi Hi!! Happy weekend, my dear meal-planners! I am just popping in today to share this week’s amazing menu, filled with burger options, fruity salad options, healthy options, but most importantly, all delicious options!
We have these Pork Chops with Blackberry Peach Sauce from Tanya to celebrate Monday. On Tuesday, we will be serving up Kristen’s Coconut Chicken Tenders with Spicy Orange Marmalade, but come Wednesday, we are going to enjoy this lighter option from Ashley with a Chipotle Chicken Taco Salad. I’m also looking forward to Thursday because I can’t wait to try Kita’s Slow Cooker Hawaiian Pulled Pork Sandwiches! Maybe I can serve those up with Mary’s Summer Israeli Couscous Salad – that sounds really good! We also have Courtney’s beautiful side dish of Roasted Cauliflower with Cilantro Cashew Pesto, and Rebecca’s yummy Cheeseburger Salad. For dessert, you HAVE TO make my Strawberry Cheesecake Salad, Erin’s No Bake Mint Chocolate Chip Pie, and Becky’s super cute Fruit Salad in Pineapple Bowls!
