Hel-lo-lo-lo! Welcome Week 51! And you, Happy 4th of July weekend – hope you have big plans! We did until the weather decided to go back to March. It’s in the 60s and windy. 🙁 Fingers crossed the weather will come to its senses by Monday and give us sun and mid 80s. I have a crop top that needs to be used. 😉
But about that menu! If you ain’t grilling on Monday, you HAVE TO make my Spinach and Artichoke Dip Quesadillas. Have. To. They’re really, really good. Then, on Tuesday, get ready for Courtney’s Pork Chops with Carrot Top Chimichurri, followed by Becky’s Ginger Pulled Pork for Wednesday, we have Rebecca’s Persian Herb Frittata (Kookoo Sabzi) on the menu for Thursday, Friday is our day away from the kitchen, but come Saturday, we will be enjoying Mary’s Asian Steak Bites with a side of Kita’s Broccoli Salad + Tanya’s Dirty Cherry Coke for dessert! On Sunday, we are looking forward to Kristen’s Slow Cooker Kalua Pork with a side of Erin’s Jicama Watermelon Salad, and Ashley’s No Bake Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bars.
