Hi Hi! Happy weekend. Are you at the pool, yet? I sure AM! They’re talking about rain in the forecast and I am convinced that it’s a LIE!
So, it’s Saturday! And I made you a Meal Plan! As always. In fact, I ate a huge plate of cheeses, crackers and ham last night for dinner, accompanied by a tall bottle of Kendall Jackson, therefore I am in desperate need of real life meals, too.

Courtney’s Creamy Tahini Noodles are on the schedule for Monday, Becky’s One Pot Chicken Alfredo to follow on Tuesday, a Grilled Chicken Antipasto Salad by Erin for Wednesday, and Rebecca’s Bagel Burger with Dill Pickle Cream Cheese is on the menu for Thursday. Friday, as always, eat out! Let someone else do the cookin’ for once. BUT please come back on Saturday and make my Jack Daniel’s Grilled Steak – you will love it!! Don’t forget Kristen’s Citrus Grilled Chicken for Sunday Supper, as well as Tanya’s delicious Grilled Po Boy Potato Salad.
And! You should probably wash it all down with Kita’s awesome Vanilla Cuba Libre accompanied by Mary’s Blackberry Coconut Crisp!
