It’s been a hot minute since I last gave you a Weekly Meal Menu Plan, hasn’t it? HOW DARE I. 😄
I gotta tell ya. I’m getting some excellent practice with all these menus. My cooking/baking game has gone up a few darn notches and I’m lovin’ it. But that is what’s so great about cooking other people’s recipes – you learn new things! New flavors, combinations, methods, and so on. Hope you all feel the same!
ON this week’s menu, we have a White Chicken Caprese Lasagna from Becky that I am going to tackle tomorrow because I can’t wait until Monday. Mary’s Baked Halibut with a Pine Nut Crust is next, as well as Courtney’s 3 Ingredient Peri Peri Chicken. I’m also looking forward to that Blackened Mac ‘n Cheese from Kita, and Rebecca’s Mediterranean Hummus Pizza for Friday night. Kristin’s Slow Cooker Carnitas will make an appearance over the weekend with a side of my very own Stuffed Onions. Thinking about downing all of that with Tanya’s Dirty Cherry Coke! 😉 That’d be a meal to remember, especially if I find enough time to make Erin’s No Bake Peanut Butter Cup Pie and Ashley’s Triple Layer Key Lime Cake! 😜
