Hey Hey Hellooooo! Happy Saturday, and welcome to yet another weekly meal plan! Can you believe we’ve been doing this for 35 weeks?! Wow. But, I absolutely love all of the delicious, family-tested recipes we show off here each week. 🍴
I started meal planning almost 3 years ago, and over that time I have reduced our intake of processed foods completely – like those frozen chicken kievs – and I have saved us a lot of moolah. I spend about 30 minutes a week jotting down what I want to make and all the ingredients I will need to get for the week. In doing so, I have saved myself money, time, and my sanity. AND my waist! 💁
For that reason, I hope that you’re also using these weekly meal plans to your advantage. They truly are a time-saver. Bonus? You end up eating healthier, homemade meals. 🍝
And on that note, you should know that there are some wonderful recipes linked up this week! There’s Baked Chicken, Pork Chops in a Skillet, Beef Chili, Rice Soup, Pasta with Pancetta, Mashed Potatoes, and my very own Honey Mustard Glazed Ham.
